We at The Runner’s Mark Inc. want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase.
We will gladly refund the purchase price of any item returned in the original packaging and in the same condition as purchased.
All we ask is that you return your merchandise within 60 days.
For sanitary reasons, men’s and women’s underwear are not returnable. And gels, bars, drinks, supplements and other food items do not qualify for return, for health and safety reasons.

Warranties for different products can differ considerably.
If you are not satisfied with an item you purchased from us and think it might be covered by a warranty, please contact a Customer Service representative.
Product Returns Procedure
To return a product that meets the returns criteria above, kindly follow this procedure:
1. Please send an email to us (at firstname.lastname@example.org or the email address of our staff member you have been in contact with), that includes your Order number and description of the item to be returned, and states your reason for returning it. (We just want to be prepared.)
2. We will then email to you a Canada Post Pre-paid Shipping Label. Print it out with your best ink quality setting.
3. Pack the unused/unworn item securely in the original product packaging. And please include all paperwork, parts, and accessories.
4. Attach the Shipping Label’s upper half to the package firmly with clear adhesive tape. Keep the lower half of the Shipping Label: It includes the Tracking Number/Item Identification number of the package in case it goes astray.
5. Drop the package off at your local Canada Post office. We will let you know when we receive the returned item.
6. For you to receive credit for returning a product, it must be returned within 60 days of the order date. This 60-day limit does not apply to a warranty return. The date you return the package to the Canada Post office is treated as the return date. Return shipping is free.
7. We will refund the purchase price or exchange the item, as you prefer.
Please follow this procedure for any returns. Items returned without having following the procedure will be returned to sender at the sender’s expense.
Training Workshop Refunds
You can obtain a refund of the price of a Training Workshop program on request at any time before commencement of the program.
Payment of Refund Amount
We will try to process your refund in ten days of receiving your return. At the latest you can expect a refund within 30 days.
You will be refunded the original purchase price, minus any discounts or coupons you redeemed at the time of the order.
The refund will be applied to the original method of payment you used when you ordered.
